With the support of Armenia's Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, an exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sergey Parajanov was opened in the Zachęta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw, Armenia's Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports reports.
The show presents the life and activities of the genius director during life difficulties, imprisonment, persecution and other stages.
The exhibition was carried out at the initiative of the Sergey Parajanov Museum in cooperation with Armenia's Embassy to Poland, the Commissioner of Diaspora in Poland, the Zachęta National Gallery of Art, and the Fundacja Polsko-Ormiańska Polish-Armenian Fund.
The exhibition presenting the unique art of Sergey Parajanov has attracted the attention of the Polish art-loving public. It will operate until January 12, 2025.
