As we informed, on October 18 Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will be on a working visit to Turkey to participate in the third meeting of the '3+3' regional consultation platform to be held in Istanbul.
Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia Ani Badalyan informs that bilateral meetings are also planned.
