US Vice President and 2024 Democrat Candidate for President attended an interview with CBS' 60 Minutes program. The Vice President told CBS' Bill Whitaker that 'success' in ending the War in Ukraine must involve Ukraine and the UN Charter's participation.
She added that she would not bilaterally meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to negotiate a solution to the war, and that any such meeting must include Ukraine as well. Harris also accused her rival, former President Donald Trump of wanting to "surrender" to Putin.
