Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Moscow, where he will participate in the session of the CIS Heads of State Council, reports the press service of the Azerbaijani leader.
At the airport, Aliyev was welcomed by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and other officials.
Earlier, the press service of the Kremlin announced that during the meeting between Putin and Aliyev, the parties will discuss key issues of the development of Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership and alliance relations, as well as exchange ideas on "current regional issues".
