On October 5, within the framework of the World Congress on Innovation and Technology (WCIT), a new souvenir sheet with one stamp dedicated to the theme of the "World Congress on Innovation and Technology" was issued, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry said in a statement.
The redemption of the new souvenir sheet with one stamp was carried out by Armenian Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry Gevorg Meliksetyan, Advisor to the Minister and Coordinator of "WCIT 2024" Nazeli Hayrapetyan, Chairman of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) Sean Seah, Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) President Alexander Yesayan, Executive Director of the Organizing Committee for WCIT 2024/DigiTec Hayk Karapetyan, Chief Executive Officer of “HayPost” CJSC Arman Abrahamyan, and President of the Armenian Philatelists Association Hovik Musayelyan.
The stamp, with a nominal value of 500 AMD, features the logo of the World Congress on Innovation and Technology, while the background of the souvenir sheet depicts Mount Aragats. The stamp also includes the inscription "WORLD CONGRESS ON INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY" in both Armenian and English.
