On October 1, the Vice President of the National Assembly Hakob Arshakyan participated in the inauguration of the newly elected President of Mexico.
The inauguration of taking the office of the first female President in the history of Mexico began in the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico, in San Lázaro Hall. Afterwards, in the National Palace, the official event of the welcome of the heads of the foreign delegations took place.
On behalf of the Republic of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan conveyed warmest congratulations and wishes to Claudia Sheinbaum, reaffirming the readiness of the Armenian side to further develop the relations with Mexico.
