The subject of enclaves has always been and still is. We cannot give up that topic ourselves, because we have Artsvashen. Another thing that should be clarified during the process is what is justified de jure and what is not. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in the Parliament, answering the question of Garnik Danielyan, deputy of the 'Hayastan' (Armenia) faction.
"Armenia's strategy, security and in general, should be legitimacy. We should not have any illegitimate expectations, because this is also the way to block the illegitimate expectations of Azerbaijan," said the Prime Minister.
