I consider all the bilateral meetings I have had within the framework of the UN Assembly as positive. However, it is important to record that now we are operating in a changing world, and it is very important that Armenia can form a perception and content in the external environment that corresponds to the changing world, to the standards necessary to be competitive. These were the goals of the meetings, and we moved on that agenda and exchanged messages. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said about this during the Parliament-Government question-and-answer session, referring to the request of ‘Civil Contract’ faction deputy Alkhas Ghazaryan to present the results recorded within the framework of the UN Assembly.
“Discussions taking place parallel to the General Assembly highlighted Armenia's democratic achievements. I consider it very important that, despite all the complications and difficulties, Armenia continues to maintain and strengthen the reputation of a country that consistently continues democratic reforms among the international community. We must develop this very important achievement in the future. Let’s continue to move forward with that logic,” he said.
