Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan on Tuesday met with European Commission Vice President for Values and Transparency Vera Jourova, on the sidelines of the Warsaw Security Forum in Poland.
The interlocutors discussed agenda matters of deepening Armenia’s cooperation with the EU, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia reports.
The recent achievements as a result of close interaction, as well as the positive dynamics of discussions on the development of the new agenda of Armenia-EU partnership were noted.
Also, Mirzoyan and Jourova reflected on the course of ambitious reforms being implemented by Armenia towards human rights and rule of law, strengthening of democratic institutions, and the respective cooperation with the EU.
The continuity of active interaction in education, science, and culture was also emphasized.
