French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies made a post on
X, and dedicated to the fourth anniversary of the third Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war.
"Four years ago, on September 27, 2020, the 44-day war began. Our thoughts are with the soldiers fallen on the battlefield, their families and friends.
Yerablur Military Pantheon [of Yerevan in the photo]," Decottignies wrote, in Armenian.
