The congratulatory message of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq, Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani to Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia, reads as follows,
