Congressman Adam Schiff referred to the first anniversary of September 19, 2023 attacks by Azerbaijan on the population of Nagorno-Karabakh.
“Azerbaijan’s ethnic cleansing of the people of Artsakh has created a humanitarian disaster. We must ensure that those responsible are held accountable. And that the innocent victims of Artsakh are compensated for their immense losses. My Artsakh Recovery Act will provide a mechanism for justice and financial restitution for those who have lost everything due to Azerbaijan’s aggression”, Congressman Schiff said in a post on X.
