Azerbaijan has appealed to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding Azerbaijanis detained in Chechnya and allegedly being forcibly sent to the war zone with Ukraine, Azerbaijani media reports.
It was noted that a note verbale has been sent to the Russian Foreign Ministry regarding Azerbaijani citizens Nihad Rzayev, Elkhan Shirinov, and Vugar Maharramov, who were detained in Chechnya due to migration issues.
