The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia provides information about meetings involving Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in due course, Armenpress reports.
Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan told Armenpress in response to an inquiry regarding the date of the next '3+3' platform meeting and the potential participation of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
"We provide information about meetings involving the Foreign Minister in due course; the same applies to this platform," the Spokesperson has said.
Earlier, Iran's Ambassador to Armenia, Mehdi Sobhani announced that the date of the new meeting of the 3+3 regional cooperation platform is already set and information about it will be disseminated through diplomatic channels.
The first meeting of the 3+3 consultation platform was held in December 2021.
The deputy foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, and Turkey participated in it. However, Georgia refused to attend the meeting.
The second meeting of this platform was held in October 2023. It was held in Tehran, the capital of Iran, at the level of the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, and Turkey. Georgia did not attend that meeting either.
