If we put it in one sentence, it is Russia's non-fulfillment of its obligations in defense and security relations, both bilaterally and within the framework of the CSTO. The main question about which Armenia had and still has questions is this.
Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, said this during a briefing, responding to the question of what disagreements there are with Russia, as well as to Russia's observations that the Armenian side does not fulfill the provisions of the November 9 statement.
"When the parties talk about the November 9 document, they should consider it in its entirety and understand who did what and what they didn't do. There is no point in the statement of November 9 that Armenia did not implement," he said.
