Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has issued a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh.
The message reads as follows:
"On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Vietnam on the occasion of your national holiday, Independence Day.
Armenia and Vietnam enjoy a close partnership based on mutual respect, trust, and friendship. I am confident that through high-level political dialogue and joint efforts, we will further advance our cooperation.
I would be delighted to host you in Armenia at a time that is convenient for you.I wish you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Vietnam."
