European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar is concluding his mission in this post today.
"Today is my last day as EUSR for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia. Much has happened since I started almost 7 years ago, in November 2017. But one thing remains the same: The EU’s commitment to helping our neighbours in the region achieve sustainable and fair peace," he wrote on X.
