On August 20, Ambassador of Armenia to Canada Anahit Harutyunyan received Jaime Pitfield, the newly appointed CEO of the non-governmental organization Parliamentary Center of Canada.
Ivo Balinov, regional head of Europe and Asia of the same organization, also participated in the meeting.
The interlocutors discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.
"Reference was made to the support to 'Parliamentary Reform in Armenia' program implemented by the organization, which is aimed at developing the capacities of the National Assembly," said the message of Armenia's Embassy to Canada.
