In an interview with TASS on the eve of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Baku, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu spoke about the end of his long-term diplomatic mission in Moscow.
"I worked in Moscow for 18.5 years, that's a lot for the diplomatic service," he said.
