While steps are being taken from Georgia’s side, it is crucial to receive corresponding actions from American partners, the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze responded to the question regarding the recent suspension of $95 million in aid from the United States to the Georgian government, 1tv.ge reports.
Kobakhidze indicated that he has not yet received detailed information about the suspended aid.
“Steps are being taken from our side, and the most important thing is to receive corresponding steps from the American partners. What we are seeing so far are not coincidental steps, but I think that soon, especially and first of all, after the end of the war in Ukraine, approaches will radically and thoroughly change,” Kobakhidze stated.
