Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba makes controversial statements, including about negotiations with Russia. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, commenting on Kuleba's statements about the possibility of a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
"It's not the first time he says that. And sometimes he even said the exact opposite," Lavrov noted.
Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the Russian President, stated earlier that the Kremlin receives "unclear signals" from Kyiv regarding peace negotiations and does not know how realistic they are.
He recalled the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to refuse negotiations with Russia while Vladimir Putin is the head of the country.
