Russian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Hakan Fidan met in Laos within the framework of the meeting of foreign ministers of the ASEAN countries, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said.
It is noted that bilateral relations, economic issues and cooperation in the energy sector were discussed.
The situation in Ukraine, the Gaza Strip and Syria, as well as regional issues, were also discussed.
