A Russian citizen suspected of blowing up a car in Moscow was arrested in Turkey. Ali Yerlikaya, Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey, informed about this on
X social platform.
The suspect is Evgeny Serebryakov, he arrived in Turkey on a Moscow-Bodrum flight.
Earlier, Alexander Bortnikov, director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation, announced that the suspect fled to Turkey.
The car was blown up on July 23, in the northern part of Moscow. Two people were injured in different degrees. Their names are not published, but according to the media, the injured were employees of the Russian special services or soldiers.
