All issues related to Armenia and the security system of Armenia are resolved by the decisions of Armenia's authorities, Parliament Deputy Speaker of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan said during the parliamentary briefings, referring to the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin's statement that Russia regrets about Yerevan's participating in the NATO Summit, and later he also expressed concern about the expansion of the European Union mission in Armenia.
"The decisions that are made are based on the security interests of Armenia," said Hakob Arshakyan.
