What refers to the sovereign territory of Armenia, is within the framework of the sovereign right of Armenia. If Armenia does not make decisions there, then those decisions cannot take place. I said that there is political will, it means that Armenia's authorities are ready to make such decisions. Armenia's Parliament Vice-Speaker Hakob Arshakyan said during the parliamentary briefings, responding to the question whether Armenia's role and weight in the matter of the peace treaty and infrastructure unblocking are enough to make decisions.
"As for the political weight, of course, Armenia has political weight, because Armenia is a sovereign country, it has physical borders through which these unblocked transport routes must pass. If Armenia does not have the will, it will not happen. If Armenia has the will, it will happen. I don't think it is a good idea to speak with Armenia in the language of force," Arshakyan said.
