Pamplona revellers took part in the second running of the bulls during the San Fermin festival on Monday (July 8), Reuters reports.
A medical report indicated that there were six injuries, with individuals being transported to various hospitals, local news reported.
The runs, during which six purpose-bred fighting bulls chase runners through the narrow streets of Pamplona's old quarter, covered a stretch of 800 meters (0.5 miles).
This year, the livestock farm presented eight bulls in Pamplona weighing between 500 and 630 kilos. Pamplona City Council stated that minors under 18 years old were not allowed to participate in the run.
