Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Sir Keir Starmer on his appointment as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The message reads:
"Your Excellency,
Please accept my warmest congratulations on the victory of the Labour Party in the United Kingdom general election and on your assumption of the office of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
I am confident that under your political leadership, the United Kingdom will achieve new successes in both domestic and foreign policy.
I am pleased to note the consistent development and deepening of relations between our countries in recent years, which has elevated bilateral cooperation to a new level of strategic dialogue. I sincerely hope that the current dynamics will not only continue but will also be enhanced with prospective programs for the benefit of our two peoples.
I expect that in the near future we will have an opportunity to meet and discuss the possibilities of deepening the cooperation between our countries.
