The Sultanate of Oman welcomes the recognition of the brotherly state of Palestine by the Republic of Armenia, said the statement of the Foreign Ministry of that country.
"The Sultanate of Oman appreciates this positive decision and calls on the rest of the international community to follow suit in order to preserve the right of the Palestinian people to establish their own independent state, as well as intensify efforts to promote a two-state solution model and achieve lasting peace in the region," the Ministry
noted.
