US Ambassador to Armenia Ambassador Kristina Kvien hosted a reception in honor of the participants of the U.S.-Armenia Local Government Forum on Democracy, US Embassy to Armenia.
Participants included Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard R. Verma, Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs Sarah Morgenthau, and Special Representative for City and State Diplomacy Ambassador Nina Hachigian, and Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan.
