The world is changing very quickly, as it will never happen before, the Russian President stated in his speech at the Russian Foreign Ministry. According to Vladimir Putin, the pace of transformation in Eurasia has significantly accelerated, where a number of integration projects are being implemented.
The head of the Kremlin expressed his belief that it is necessary to gradually reduce the military presence of foreign forces in Eurasia.
"The time has come to discuss a new system of bilateral and multilateral guarantees of collective security in Eurasia. In order to promote the idea of the Eurasian security system, it is necessary to activate the dialogue between the already existing organizations. First of all, we are talking about the Union State, the CSTO, the EAEU, the CIS, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization," Putin said.
According to him, the future security architecture should be open to all countries that want to participate in its formation, including NATO and Europe, despite the setback in relations and anti-Russian stance.
"There are speculations that Russia is going to attack Europe. It is pure delirium," said the Russian President.
