Head of EU Mission in Armenia Markus Ritter met with Dr. Astrid Irrgang, Head of Center for International Peacekeeping Operations (ZIF Berlin) to discuss EUMA's mandate and activities in Armenia as well as the secondment of German experts to the Mission, the Mission reports.
