The text of the peace treaty at the moment is quite mature and it can be adjusted to the last lines, brought to a final form based on the previously approved bilateral agreements and signed, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in a briefing with journalists.
The Prime Minister also referred to the statements of the President of Azerbaijan regarding the need to change the Constitution of Armenia.
"I think that connecting this issue, trying to bring it to the negotiation table, is a torpedoing of the peace process, and I do not rule out that there are certain tendencies to interfere in the internal affairs of Armenia and initiate processes based on certain disinformation in Armenia.
I spoke about the amendment of the Constitution even after 2018, in 2019, and our agenda is exclusively related to democratic reforms, and we said that the amendment of the Constitution cannot be part of the negotiation," said the Prime Minister.
