After October 2023, a large number of foreign governments provided financial or material support to those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh for the purpose of humanitarian aid. Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan said this during the discussion of the annual report on the execution of Armenia's state budget at the National Assembly.
"A significant part of the support was allocated to the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees or the development agencies of foreign countries.
The amount of the allocated support or the total value of the announcement in this regard was $109 million as of the end of December 2023," he said.
