The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from Armenia will participate in the conference on the restoration of Ukraine in Berlin, the Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry told 'Lurer'.
The Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister from Georgia, and the Foreign Minister from Azerbaijan will participate in the conference.
