The Ukrainian side reported that the Russian forces hit the town of Balakleya in Kharkiv in the morning. There are victims among the peaceful population, including children. Victims are also reported in Novobavarsk.
Ukrainian Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko announced that Russian armed forces targeted energy facilities in Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovograd and Ivano-Frankivsk.
