Armenia ratified the Rome Statute in November 2023, joining the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Claude Wiseler, President of the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies, reminded about this during his speech in Armenia's National Assembly.
"We welcome this achievement, which brings us closer together. International law must be respected at all costs.
The 17 November 2023 decision of the ICJ is binding and final, and says that it must be fully implemented," he said.
