Mohammad Mokhber, Acting President of Iran, ensured that all cooperation Armenia planned with the deceased President Ebrahim Raisi is to continue as he spoke to Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday.
The acting President noted that the helicopter crash that killed Raisi shocked the Iranian nation, and that he appreciates that Armenia joins Iran in their grief.
According to the press service of the Armenian Government, Pashinyan, on behalf of himself and on behalf of the Armenian delegation, expressed deep condolences to Mokhber, as well as the vice-presidents, members of the government and the entire people of Iran, emphasizing that the death of Ebrahim Raisi is a tragedy, and that Armenia its people mourn and share the pain of all the people of the friendly Iran.
Pashinyan also expressed hope that the projects planned with Raisi and the positive trend in the bilateral relations will continue.
