The meeting of the delegations led by the Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan commenced in Almaty, Armenia's Foreign Ministry reports.
Earlier, we informed that the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeiyhun Bayramov started the negotiations in the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
