I agree with the idea of signing a peace treaty by November, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the press conference.
"That's why all the agreed principles, which are public and were agreed upon at the negotiation platforms, should be included in the peace agreement. It is necessary to outline and sign those principles, I agree with that logic. I hope that this progress will be recorded at the scheduled meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Almaty", said the Prime Minister.
