US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mark Libby answered the question of why he is not going to Shushi in a conversation with Azerbaijani media.
“I don't want to be part of somebody's show somewhere. So when the time comes to do it, I will. I am not ready now," the Ambassador said.
Libby also commented on the question of how warm relations between Baku and Moscow are perceived in Washington.
"It is an aggressive, inefficient country. Azerbaijan should take this into account and decide how to protect its sovereignty," the American diplomat said.
