French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies hosted a delegation led by Cardinal Jean-Marc Aveline, Metropolitan Archbishop of Marseille, France, the French diplomat informed on
X (formerly Twitter).
"I had the honor to host the Archbishop of Marseille, Cardinal Aveline, and the delegation led by him at the [French] embassy [in Yerevan]. During the meeting, views were exchanged about the situation in Armenia, Armenian-French relations, and the inseparable bond between Marseille and the Armenian people," wrote the French ambassador to Armenia.
