The tasks of the joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center are considered completed, said Karim Valiyev, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.
"According to the memorandum signed between Turkey and Russia on November 11, 2020, the established joint monitoring center has made its contribution to ensuring peace for more than 3 years. As a result of joint activities, the center fulfilled its duties and tasks with dignity," said Valiyev.
According to him, in 2023 after the events of September, the tasks of the joint monitoring center are considered accomplished.
