Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov referred to the CSTO developments.
"When they say that the CSTO is not able to determine its area of responsibility in Armenia, it should be noted that Armenia itself did not define it. First of all, Armenia needs to clarify its border and complete the delimitation, which Armenia's Government is actively engaged in now," Lavrov said.
He also complained that no consensus was reached with Yerevan regarding the CSTO mission, but it was reached with the EU observers. Lavrov expressed hope that the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of the Russian Federation will have direct contacts and will be able to discuss the existing issues.
