I am happy to state that the creation of the park named after Saint Mesrop Mashtots, the author of the invention of Armenian alphabet in Astana, and the park named after the Kazakh poet, founder of Kazakh literature, Abai Kunanbayev, are being discussed on the principle of reciprocity. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this during a press conference with the President of Kazakhstan.
