'Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies' was signed between Armenia's Ministry of High-Tech Industry and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the President's residence.
The signatories are Armenia's High-Tech Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan and Kazakhstan's Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, Bagdat Musin.
