On April 11, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) stopped the activities of a terrorist cell that was planning an attack at a Russian Armed Forces facility in Donetsk.
The group that planned the terrorist attack in Donetsk included six citizens of one of the Central Asian states.
"In the course of operational and investigative measures, it was found that the coordination of the group's activities was carried out from the territory of Ukraine. After committing a crime in Russia, its participants were planning to leave for Turkey, from where they intended to move to Ukraine," the FSB of the Russian Federation said in a statement.
