Based on EUMA (EU Mission in Armenia) monitoring, Toivo Klaar has clearly stated that no unusual military movements have been observed along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Anne-Laurence Petel, President of the France-Armenia friendship group of the French National Assembly, wrote about it in her X microblog.
"Josep Borrell, it's urgent that you speak with a strong EU voice to confirm your special representative's statement: Armenia is not the aggressor and has no plan to attack Azerbaijan," Anne-Laurence Petel stated in
