Toivo Klaar, EU's Special Representative for the Crisis in Georgia and the South Caucasus, responded to the post of the EU Mission in Armenia (EUMA) in his
X microblog, which states that "no unusual movements were observed" on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
"Good to have confirmation from EUMA (EU Mission in Armenia) that no unusual military movements have been observed.
That is what the purpose of the mission is: to provide greater transparency and build confidence. It remains open to more engagement also with the authorities of Azerbaijan," Klaar stated.
