Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President, commented on the words of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, who considered it possible to negotiate with Russia to return to the 1991 borders.
According to Peskov, since the beginning of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the geopolitical situation and the borders of the two countries have changed. According to the representative of the Kremlin, everyone will have to reckon with it.
"The geopolitical situation has radically changed, the borders of both Ukraine and the Russian Federation have changed. We have four new subjects, and this cannot be ignored, this is a new reality, with which, of course, everyone will have to take into account," said Peskov.
