Iran has always insisted that regional issues should be settled by the countries of the region, Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi said.
՞The intervention of Western countries cannot be considered a successful experience. Their initiatives will not help solve the problems of the South Caucasus, but will only complicate the situation," the Ambassador noted.
According to him, Tehran supports bilateral and multilateral contacts aimed at settlement in the region.
